Getting Started

Tell Promptly what you want — "punchy TikTok," "smooth reels," or write your own brief. You can also pick a preset.
Click "Generate Edited Video" and wait 60–90 seconds. Your edited video will be ready to download and post.

Promptly accepts MP4, MOV, and AVI files up to 500MB. For best results, upload in 1080p or higher resolution. Most phone and camera recordings work perfectly.
Most videos are processed in 60–90 seconds. Longer videos or complex edits may take up to 2 minutes. You can close the tab and come back — your edit will be waiting in your library.
Promptly doesn't add background music to your edits. This is intentional — add your own music directly in TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube when you post. This gives you access to trending sounds and avoids copyright issues.
Videos on the free plan include a small Promptly watermark. Upgrade to Pro to remove the watermark and export clean, professional videos.
Click your profile in the top-right corner, then "Manage billing." From there you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Your uploaded videos are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We don't share, sell, or use your content for training. Videos are automatically deleted after 30 days.
